Fit And Healthy

Salam and hey there :)

I would like to share with you all tips to obtain fit and healthy body. AGAIN I repeat FIT and HEALTHY BODY. NOT SKINNY. I don't do skinny.

So here are the list you can do to obtain fit and healthy body:

1. Cut down on sugar and carbonated drink

2.  DO NOT CRASH DIET. I SAID DO NOT.

3. Eat properly. Brown rice is good for your daily meal.

4. EXERCISE. (kalau sibuk dapat spend 15 min pun jadilah)

5. no smoking

6. no stress (seems impossible but try not to stress much)

actually the list keep going on. Later I'll share with you guys workouts I've being doing. (buatlah sangat)

Listen, to stay fit and healthy all you need is determination. Never give up. You'll get tired, but hey its one of the way to show God how you are bless with His gift.

Skinny isn't the goal. Fit is the goal.
